Returns are offered within 30 days of the item being delivered via the carrier.
The item must be in in good condition and unused.
Returns are offered in the event a wrong item is shipped out or if the customer no longer wants the item.
If a wrong item is sent out we will cover the cost of the return and shipping you the correct item. We will not cover the cost if you were sent the correct item and no longer want it.
Depending on the situation of the return we will either refund you or send you the correct item depending on the situation defined above. In the event a refund is needed your card will be refunded via our processor Stripe in 5-10 business days.
